When will Batman Telltale and Arkham VR be available to preorder?

This is a question that I feel is very important to me and others, since yesterday I went on Amazon and searched up Telltale Batman and Batman Arkham VR, but found no results. So when can we expect to be able to pre order it. For Telltale batman, I would expect a few weeks before the first episode which releases in August to open and allow players to pre order. Batman Arkham VR is an interesting case, as the Playstation VR itself is in high demand and pre orders had its last session tomorrow, so you can only pick it up at retail stores if you haven't pre ordered already, this is most likely the case for Arkham VR too, or pre orders open like my theory for Telltale Batman, open a few weeks before released.
