So far this year has sprouted many family animation films, and I have seen the big ones such as Kung Fu Panda 3 in January, Zootopia in March, and Finding Dory in June. All of these films were great in my opinion, but which one was the best?

Round 1: Best Animation
All of the films this year had stunning and razor sharp animation, I was blown away by each one, but the film that had my jaw dropped in its bright colors, great attention to detail, was Zootopia. Zootopia was the brightest of the family films but also some of the most dark, but certainly the most stunning.
Round 2: Humor
This year's films were lacking in humor, severely from some of our superhero movies, but these three films are hilarious, but once again Zootopia takes it home with the humor.
Round 3: Box Office Success
Family animation films are always box office hits, and this year's animation films are no exception. But the biggest animation film of the year, is Finding Dory coming with a smashing 343 million, beating out Zootopia and Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. Even though Finding Dory took a victory lap this round, the winner here is Zootopia, so alongside Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice the film will have a strategic one point advantage in tomorrow's all out tournament. Tomorrow's tournament, will face Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, Captain America: Civil War, Zootopia, and Finding Dory in an all out battle to determine the best film so far of 2016.
