Now that we have reviewed the actual game itself, it is time to review the season pass. Batman: Arkham Knight is my favorite game of all time, and I was more than willing to cough up forty dollars for the DLC, and I wasn't let down. There is a ton of DLC here, such as challenge map packs, both character and Batmobile skins, story DLC, and of course all the pre-order bonuses from Target, Gamestop, Walmart etc. The challenge map packs add on to the game and there are more than Arkham City's challenge maps, while it's a pity Rocksteady didn't some of these maps free of charge at release, it's excellent to play through them, as some have different objectives rather than get the best score or time. The skins, are the best skins I have seen in a game, they take from legendary Batman stories, such as the Dark Knight Trilogy, Batman V Superman, and Keaton, while still having skins from famous comics such as the New 52 and the Dark Knight Returns.

But the story DLC is one of the best, instead of having a long focused episode of Arkham Knight fun, they compressed it to seven short mission like DLCs, Rocksteady calls them the Arkham Episodes, which feature showdowns between famous Batman heroes and villains, such as Penguin and Nightwing, and Riddler and Catwoman, they all add little bits of narrative meat to the Arkham Verse, like Tim being married to Barbara or Oracle. But the best DLC is the Season of Infamy, which adds four side missions for Batman to tackle, which features the villains fans clamored to see in the actual main campaign, such as Ra's a Ghul, Mad Hatter, Mr. Freeze, and Killer Croc. When I said the game is around 95 hours in its entirety, this season pass adds 24 hours which make it a 119 hours game, if you can't tell it is worth 80 dollars. Without a doubt this season pass is worth it, but currently is at a discount on Amazon, so pick it up, now. My score is once again a 10 out of 10.
