Batman: Return to Arkham PS4 Exclusive DLC

For those who do not know, Arkham Asylum had an exclusive PS3, where you could play the Joker, there has been many questions about if you play Return to Arkham on the Xbox One, will you get to play as the Joker, so many channels on Youtube, and websites, have straight-out confirmed that you will, but I am not so sure, what do I mean?

Since like Slcmof said, this game has been shrouded in mystery ever since the announcement trailer in May, like Arkham Knight which had its exclusive PS4 content revealed at the Playstation Experience quite a while after the release of the first official trailer, so that means there is still time to reveal that it is a PS4 DLC exclusive, I have seen forum posts on Gamespot saying that the Sinestro Corps Batman skin was an exclusive for PS3 for Arkham City, but I remember having that skin in my GOTY Arkham City on the Xbox 360, so it will appear. The next theory is that it will not be in the game at all, it's quite that simple, unless we see or hear about it officially from WB Games or Virtuos or even Rocksteady, we cannot say that it will for a fact be in the game.
