Why Civil War 2 will never become a movie in the MCU..unless

For those who do not know Marvel is launching comics today in the Marvel event Civil War 2, which is basically another Civil War in the Marvel universe, but the problem is this focuses on an Inhuman, and as we all know there is an Inhumans movie in the work, but that could be taken off the calendars permanently, the first reason is that they already did a Civil War, the general audience has already too dose of the superheroes fighting with 2016, so perhaps they might just do it, but it'll have too come in Phase 4 and I don't want Phase 4 to happen.

I have a previous post on that though. It looks to be around the same size as the original Civil War, but the plot in the original one seems to be more realistic, while this plot..meh. But this could actually happen in another franchise, and that could happen if...if Marvel and Fox start a shared universe, they can't do Civil War 2 in the MCU, because Iron Man, played by Robert Downey Jr. would be far too old to do the role, perhaps the new invincible Iron Man could be in that, but I can't see how general audiences would appeal to that.
