Batman Return to Arkham: Delay Details and Special Edition

As you should know by now if you have been keeping up, Batman Return to Arkham was delayed indefinitely, now we have some news about when to expect the game, first the game was delayed, this is coming from Virtuos themselves, that Return to Arkham was delayed due to frame rate issues. Now in a video Slcmof just uploaded, he said the game was probably delayed to be optimized for the PS4 Neo, apparently coming out this year, I have to disagree with this, first of all the PS4 Neo has been announced but was not shown at E3 and is expected to come out this year? No, it is coming next year, they would have some sort of promotional trailer like the Xbox One S had. But now let's talk about the special edition of Return to Arkham.

I made a post of a Return to Arkham collector's edition, since Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection had one, but now I found an image from a Brazilian website of some sort of special edition that contains the game and Batman: Assault on Arkham, a DC original animated movie, this would make since Assault on Arkham is intertwined within the Arkhamverse. I hope this is true, because I have never watched Assault on Arkham, and with Suicide Squad coming out, it would be a great companion film.
