Something, that has caught many fans' attention that are eagerly awaiting July 31's Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Special Rehearsal Edition Script, how many copies were printed of the edition, and HBB Reviews is here to explain why Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Special Rehearsal Edition Script was only printed 4.5 million times, while Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows had 12 million copies printed. Why, why did the Cursed Child get significantly lower prints?

1. Most likely the main reason here is that this isn't the real and complete version. Think of it like the Batman V Superman Ultimate Edition, which comes out tomorrow! Where there is the theatrical cut, which in this scenario is this Special Rehearsal Edition Script, now WB and J.K. Rowling have announced that in early 2017, most likely going to be delayed, there will be a complete and definitive edition of the script. This is the version that WB believes will have the biggest sales, since the script we're getting in 13 days will only be out for a limited time, until such edition comes out. So think of it as an advance reader's copy, an advance reader's copy that has 4.5 million prints.
2. Another primary reason is that some fans aren't interested in the Cursed Child, they honestly aren't. I went on Good Reads, to the Special Rehearsal Edition Script, where I found some posts and comments, saying that they aren't interested in this at all, and have no intention of buying this, and the price is a little high, 30 dollars for roughly 300 pages, dollar for every 10 pages, but it's Harry Potter, come on. In fact I found so many of these comments, I was shocked. WB may have recognized this too, since we're all getting so hyped, but the truth is, it's just a script, not a book. But still, this is my most anticipated book of all time, I am so ready for this! And I want it now! 13 days left! Ack!
