Best Buy Rant!

Today was supposed to be a great day, Batman V Superman: Ultimate Edition was coming out, and I was going to get the Best Buy exclusive SteelBook, everything was looking great! Until this happened. Best Buy first sent me a text saying the item was ready for pickup, I was eating breakfast at the time, around at 11:12. Less than a minute later, I received another text saying that my order was cancelled. Snatching up the phone, I read the text carefully, and I was infuriated. Best Buy had for some strange reason cancelled my order! Let me show you what the email I got had to say!

Are you kidding me, Best Buy?! What type of store goes and tells people their item is ready for pickup, and then less than a minute later, the store goes and says the item is not avaliable for pick up?!!!!! I am infuriated beyond belief right now, and then I go to the product page, and see if the store pick up still has my local store, it still does! This is a cheap and leek way to sell your product, which was only available for store pick up. This is stupid!! Never, EVER buy Best Buy products again, I hate that store! What store goes and cancels a person's order, for no apparent reason?! Best Buy I hope you are reading this, you have exclusive products that your customers want and will pay for. It's already enough hassle, having to drive 7 miles, and then the order gets cancelled. I called Best Buy's customer service, and in that infuriating robot voice, they said my order was cancelled since it was not available. You just sent me a text saying that it was! Best Buy is the worst! And I went online to discover that many others went through this! It's not Best Buy, it's WORST BUY!
