Fantastic Beasts 35 Days: IMAX Featurette Analysis

5 weeks until Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them opens in theaters! Today, we will be analyzing the IMAX Featurette that released in the IMAX Global Fan Event!

First, we now know that the story will feature more than just the beasts as the villain. Apparently, Grindewald could potentially show up in the film, which makes sense, since I don't think the released beasts can carry five films. Also, the beasts seem to be innocent of the attacks, as Newt Scamander wisely tells us, "No creature did this." Second, the film will feature Dumbledore, as J.K. Rowling has confirmed; we have no confirmation on who plays the younger Dumbledore, but we know he will appear. It seems as if Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is sinking into a true Harry Potter prequel. The Deathly Hallows got a cameo, Dumbledore will make an appearance, and you will have Wizarding War elements. Can't wait to see Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them in 35 days!
