Batman: Return to Arkham is officially out and now after spending over two hours in the remaster of Arkham Asylum; here are my official first impressions on the remaster of Arkham Asylum.

The moment the menu screen appeared; I was swept away into the world of Arkham Asylum. It was an experience that enthralled me at every turn similar to how my first playing of Arkham Asylum ringed. But with the new graphics that are truly stunning, make for an experience that make you feel you are Batman in a way that only Arkham Asylum was able to achieve. It even seems that Virtuos took the liberty to create brighter visuals which make the game look even better. Once downfall though, is the fact that the combat feels a bit outdated and is a bit off-putting when you are playing an above average combat system with impressive graphics. Also, no new content was added with the day one update, which we all speculated could add side missions or new content to the games. But it is still a remaster of one of my favorite games that truly does it justice. If I have to give it a score, it would be an amazing 9.0 out of 10. Part 1 of my walkthrough is up on the Youtube channel and part 2 is currently rendering.
