We finally have an idea of what we can expect from Fantastic Beasts' opening weekend numbers! According to Variety, the film is set to open with 75 million dollars, similar to Marvel's Doctor Strange which seems to be the film's biggest rival. But when compared to other Harry Potter films, it looks to be the poorest debut of the franchise. It really shows its faded luster qualities when compared to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 with 94.2 million off. That's over half of what the film is tracking to debut with!
