Middle-Earth, J.R.R. Tolkien's biopic, has officially continued its track to release by landing a new director under the name of James Strong, the famous director of Doctor Who.

The project has been dumped in the dump of paused projects but now it is getting smoothed out. The plot follows Tolkien through his love life, World War One, and his early tales in Middle-Earth. It looks similar to films such as Steve Jobs and Hacksaw Ridge. No production schedule has been set for this film, but I speculate that it will be released in 2018 or 2019. The script was written by Angus Fletcher, who excessively researched for this biopic. Rather than being produced by New Line Cinema, it will be produced by Bob Shane's and Michael Lynne's film company Unique Features.
