Batman: The Telltale Series Season 2 Possibilities and Speculation

Season one of Batman: The Telltale Series is nearly over, with episode 5 set to end the first season. With the first season being an imminent success, Telltale should and is hopefully looking for possibilities of a second season. Here we will be speculating on if the season is possible, the villains and the release.

I think the possibility is all determined on the final episode, which I would expect to come out December 13 or in January of 2017. If the ending is complete and does not open any windows for a second season, I think that Telltale is done with Batman. But with the allegations and villains, I don't think it can be all covered with one season, much less one season conclusion. It all depends on the fifth episode. Now, I would expect the villains from this game (Penguin and Two-Face) to appear in the second episode. I would also expect Joker to play a much larger role. But, I think there will be a new villain, similar to the Children of Arkham. Now if anything, I don't expect a season two in 2017 too much. The Marvel game will be wrapping up and whatever exciting new projects they have on the horizon will be first in line. But if there should be a second season, I would expect it in 2018 at the latest. The release will be in the fall, pretty much guaranteed. Another season two for Batman: The Telltale Series speculation and possibilities post will be coming once episode five is out.
