Injustice 2: Entire Roster Leaked?

Someone, accordingly "very" close to the production of the game, may have just leaked the entire roster for this May's Injustice 2. Take a look at the roster below, and I will provide my thoughts below it as well.

First things first, it's time to do a grand count. With all these characters in this "leaked" roster, there are 31 characters, including the Darkseid Pre-Order bonus. Then if we add the 9 DLC characters, we are sitting with a 40 character roster. Some things to note here: Red Hood is not included on this roster, which is quite sad. Also the combination of Captain Cold and Mr. Freeze is a little bit odd, and probably serves as the only disclaimer of this leak. All in all, I'm really not sure if this is true or fake but with another character reveal being streamed on Twitch, at 12 pm Pacific Time.
