The Adventures of Tintin: Tintin and the Picaros Book Review

Tintin and the Picaros is the final complete Tintin book written by Herge, and as a collective whole, it's an enjoyable final story that unfortunately lacks any plot development or interest.

Tintin and the Picaros does, by far, the most series incorporation in the entire series. What do I mean by series incorporation? Basically, set-ups and events that happened in other Tintin stories all have some sort of role here. I won't spoil what characters appear, but just know that most of the appearances are characters from the earlier stories. The story is mostly enjoyable, but is sometimes poorly paced. Despite the gripes I may have with this final Tintin story, it was overall a good send-off for the series that I've really loved. Score: 8.7 out of 10.
